Welcome to Guuurl, That's My Jam!
Here, have some rules:
1. Prompts are bi-weekly (lasting 14 days) and the rotational schedule to pick prompts can be found to your right, under ►Playlist. An "at-a-glance" version of the current jam can be found under ►Now Playing.
2. Posting a fill for each prompt isn't mandatory, but you MUST post at least one fill for the prompt preceding yours, otherwise your turn to pick a prompt will be skipped.
3. Please don't ask to join the blog (unless we know you). This place was created for classmates to keep in touch upon graduation, and as such it's pretty much invite only. You're more than welcome to follow for updates or play along at home and post the results at your own blogs. :)

Prompt - The Warlock's Castle
"The warlock's castle has lied in ruins for hundreds of years. It was rumoured to have contained lost artifacts and treasures of the ancient wars. Tales tell of dark denizens of all kinds that have since called this castle their home, twisting the halls of old into a maze that stretches into perhaps the very Shadowdark itself. Many a foolish adventurer has sought to uncover its secrets, but none have ever returned. But, you are no mere adventurer. You have fought back the snake cultists of Zehir, and even kept Orcus, prince of the undead, from entering the world. You are a hero, and have braved the depths of the warlock's castle, springing traps and fighting off all manner of evil creatures. However, it seems there is one room left yet to explore. You approach the large wooden door cautiously, as a chill runs up your spine. Could what is behind the door be the end of your weary journey, or be the end of you? You carefully open the door and see..."
For this prompt, draw what's inside the mysterious room. Could it be a room of riches, a dungeon, a dragon, or perhaps a doorway into another world? Have fun and most importantly, don't roll any 1's!
Due Date: July 30th

I LIIIVEE
I have rightfully been reminded that I am full of suck for not posting anything yet, but I swear I'm here to stay. Life just got kind of (awesomely) out of hand so I haven't properly had the time to really sit down and finish any of my prompts. BUT HERE I AM. AS A DUDE. As jolly and hip as ever. I finished this and looking back over it ... essentially I would just look exactly like my middle brother except probably more bulk-ily built. Huzzah for token friendly black male friend!

Me and Rex

So apparently simple or vague prompts are best. I couldn't stop drawing for this one and I'm really happy with the result. Good prompt Nick! (not that previous prompts were bad, I enjoyed them too but this one really captures the imagination!) I also want to point out that the trex anatomy is entirely from the memory of the Jurassic Park toy.

Dino Baby Buddies
I won't have time to draw what I had originally planned, but I don't want to miss out on the dinosaur prompt either, so instead, you get these two little guys. ^_^
